Terms & Condition of Car Hire
1. No smoking, eating or drinking is permitted in vehicles.
2. Vehicles will not be driven on certain surfaces. eg: dirt roads, broken roads, sand, gravel, etc.
3. The deposit is 30% of the “Total Package Rate” which is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the required date.
4. Should any damage be sustained to the vehicle(s) either internally or externally by either the client or their guests. The client will be held financially responsible for the repairs / replacement of parts.
5. Should the client, guests or contractors get injured either inside the vehicles or around the vehicles, “Cupid Wedding Cars”, drivers or the owners of the vehicles, will not be held legally liable or financially responsible for the injury or wrongful death.
6. Should the hired vehicle breakdown; in no way is “Cupid Wedding Cars” to be held legally or financially liable. There will be a back up vehicle available at no additional cost to the client.
7. Cupid Wedding Cars reserves the right to cancel the booking, if the payment is not paid in full 14 days prior to the required date of hire.
8. Should the client encounter additional fees “Cupid Wedding Cars” require the outstanding monies to be paid in full on the day [cash].
9. Additional hours required by the client on the day will cost an extra $200.00 per hour / per vehicle. Payment as per clause 8.
10. An adult must accompany all children under 12 years old.
11. No sitting on bonnets, bumper bars or standing on the vehicles is permitted. Not even while taking photos.
12. “Cupid Wedding Cars” reserves the right to take photos and videos of the wedding party and use those photos and videos for promotional purpose only.
13. “Cupid Wedding Cars” must be notified in writing of any changes eg: new address, time (we require a new form be filled out, dated and signed) and sent back to us no later than 14 days prior to the hiring date.
14. “Cupid Wedding Cars” must be notified in writing of any medical conditions prior to the date of hire.
15. “Cupid Wedding Cars” will not be held responsible for clients who supply incorrect information on forms. All addresses must be provided and the full address given.
16. Misleading information for destination and address is subject to review of price change.
17. Should the Client require services outside the Sydney Metropolitan Area, there is an additional charge which will be added to the Sydney Rates. Additional fees starting from $100 to $750 per vehicle. Boarders are: Cronulla, Campbelltown, North Richmond, and Palm Beach.
18. It is the responsibility of the Client to disclose these Terms and Conditions to whoever will be using the services of “Cupid Wedding Cars” (eg: Bridal Party, Employees etc).
19. Should the Client wish to cancel a booking, “Cupid Wedding Cars” requires it in writing (dated and signed) directly from the Client before 30 days of the required date of hire. (refer to clause 3)
20. All vehicles to be driven by “Cupid Wedding Car” drivers.
21. “Cupid Wedding Car” reserves the right to cancel a booking should the “Terms and Condition” form not be signed.
22. Last minute requests may be declined due to short notice given and other bookings already accepted. All finalisation of bookings must be completed 14 days prior to the required date.
23. These Terms and Conditions are not subject to negotiations.
